Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) apply to both online and offline registration in the courses offered by Hacking Club, which is a brand of Aezowie Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. By signing the registration form for any course or using this website, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to this Agreement, you should not sign up for the course or use the Hacking Club website (hackingclub.in).

Educational Purposes Only
All the information provided in the training/course is intended for educational purposes only. We do not condone or support any illegal or unauthorized activities. Aezowie Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. & Hacking Club members are not responsible for any misuse of the information.

Payment and Registration
To complete the registration process for the training, you must pay the fee/rupees quoted by the trainer or institute within four days from the date of joining the training in the Hacking Club.

Use of Photographs and Recordings
You understand that the training may be photographed, videotaped, recorded, or otherwise documented. By participating in the training, you agree that Aezowie Infotech Services Pvt. Ltd. & Hacking Club may use these recordings and materials for commercial purposes and may include your name.

No Return Policy
We do not offer refunds, and all fees paid are non-refundable.

Late Payment Fine
If payment is not made within the stipulated four days, a fine of Rs. 100 per day will be charged, starting from the fifth day.

We reserve the right to modify this Agreement at any time, and any such modifications will be effective immediately upon posting on the Website. Your continued use of the Website after any such modifications will constitute your acceptance of the modified Agreement.
